1. Shipping Regions

FML Skinlab Sdn Bhd ships to all regions within Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

2. Shipping Fees

• Standard Delivery:
• West Malaysia: RM 8.40
• East Malaysia: RM 12.00
• Self-Pickup: Available free of charge

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days for West Malaysia, 5-10 working days for East Malaysia.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that deliveries may experience delays during long festive holidays.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over RM 200.

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to follow the delivery status of your package.

7. Delivery Attempts

Delivery of your order will be attempted according to the policies of the selected delivery partner. Specific handling of unsuccessful deliveries may vary by carrier.

8. Public Holidays

Deliveries may be delayed if your order processing or shipping period falls on a public holiday.
